        Our Approach
      
      
      
                                This belief drives our approach across initiatives and partnerships. In our research projects, we collaborate with university and government partners to generate insights that propel diversity in government hiring. We share best practices in hiring and recruiting a diverse public workforce and champion stories of individual initiative and personal success through service. Through the Next Generation Service Corps, we expose and connect diverse, talented undergraduates to opportunities in public service. In collaboration with the Deans Summit, we elevate strategies to address structural racism on campus and support rising leaders of color with the aim of diversifying the university leadership pipeline.
