Hamelin Batista Camilo joined the Alliance in May 2023 and supports the Next Generation Service Corps.

Hamelin is a native New Yorker and first-generation graduate of Syracuse University, where she obtained her bachelor of arts, magna cum laude. She majored in political science, at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Engagement, and minored in public communication at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication. During her undergraduate career, she interned at the Onondaga District Attorney's Office, and Williams & Jensen, PLLC in Washington DC. Additionally, she studied abroad in Barcelona and locally in Washington, DC.
