Maya Corrin

Maya Corrin serves as associate director of strategy, driving program design, fundraising, and strategic communications across the organization. She previously served as Policy & Innovation Communications Strategist for Harris County, Texas, where she developed narrative framing for local policy initiatives and secured national recognition for county innovations.

Since joining the Alliance in 2019, Maya has built a track record of launching high-impact initiatives and writing narratives that synchronize diverse groups around a shared vision. Her recent work includes redesigning the strategic framework for the Alliance's flagship public finance portfolio and shepherding a skills-based talent management initiative for the public sector from initial concept through funded partnership. She currently advises on program design strategies to mobilize early-career public service talent.

Maya holds an M.P.P. with a concentration in public and nonprofit management from the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a B.S. in education and social policy from Northwestern University. As a graduate student, she interned with the Institute for College Access & Success (TICAS), advancing college access and affordability through California state policy.
