Kate Nicoletti joined the Volcker Alliance in April 2022. As a program manager, Kate supports the talent portfolio through program development, implementation, and evaluation. 

Before joining the Alliance, Kate served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in a small Vermont municipality where she supported the community services department through program coordination. Prior to her year of service with AmeriCorps, she occupied a similar position as a program coordinator for Mujeres Movimiento. Working with an organization at its inception gave Kate the opportunity to help shape future programming and strategic goals. 

Kate graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in sociology and anthropology from Northeastern University.
