G2U Talent Connection Grants

The public sector workforce is in crisis. A growing number of government workers are retiring. Applications to government job openings are dropping. The next generation's career expectations are changing, and new types of skills are needed to address complex public problems. The public sector must find ways to attract and retain top talent, now.
