Will Fabian joined the Volcker Alliance in April 2023. As part of the Talent team, he works to strengthen the public sector workforce through strategic recruitment initiatives and data-driven program analysis. He supports the Tech to Gov hiring events, connecting federal agencies with technology talent.

Will holds a bachelor of science in mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
