Raj Sharma is the CEO of Censeo Consulting Group and Chairman of the Public Spend Forum. Raj is a recognized thought leader in applying proven management practices and driving operational excellence within large public and social sector organizations. Over the past 15 years, he has worked with stakeholders within these sectors to drive consensus, build communities, and promote management approaches that lead to substantial public and social impact.

In addition to leading Censeo Consulting Group and Public Spend Forum, Raj is involved in multiple initiatives that are all focused on the mission of improving public and social outcomes through management. Raj serves on several advisory and leadership boards, including as a member of the Board of Overseers at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Asian Law, Board of Higher Achievement, and Advisory Board of Girl Rising India. Raj has also served as member of the Leadership Circle for the Women in Public Service Project, co-founded by Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and managed within the Wilson Center for Scholars, as well as serving as a visiting fellow at the Center for American Progress on the “Doing What Works” team.
