Claudia joined the Volcker Alliance in February 2024. In her role, she supports the operational side of Volcker’s different initiatives. 

After earning her degree in international business from the Netherlands, Claudia delved into the American food industry for over a decade where she focused on back-of-house operations. It was her transformative experience at an artisanal wholesale bakery, where she managed interns from the re-entry youth program by ‘GOSO’, that ignited her passion for non-profit work. For seven years, Claudia was deeply engaged in public elementary school operations in Canarsie, Brooklyn, progressing from associate to ultimately assuming the role of Director of Operations.
