An Evening with Former Mayor of Atlanta Shirley Clarke Franklin

At this year's Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management Conference, the Volcker Alliance hosted a dinner for members of the Deans Summit and the Future Leaders of Schools of Public Service program with a special guest: Shirley Clarke Franklin, the first African-American woman to be elected mayor of a major Southern city (Atlanta) and Volcker Alliance board member.
