Randi Gamble is a program associate at the Volcker Alliance and has been with the organization since June 2023. She works on the Transformers in the Public Sector initiative and the Federal Employees and Contractors Oral History Project, and she has managed the Future Leaders of Public Service Schools (FLSPS) program for more than two years. In this role, Randi supports program design and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector partnerships with public service schools, government leaders, and nonprofit organizations. She has also contributed to the Alliance’s public service education portfolio and previously supported the Safety and Justice Challenge Future Leaders Network initiative.
Randi brings a strong commitment to public service, government accountability, and effective program management, with particular interests in program outcomes, workforce development, and human and civil rights. She earned a bachelor of arts in public policy from New York University, graduating with university honors, and was named a Fred Hansen Fellow in 2025. Randi is currently completing a master of public administration at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, specializing in international development policy and management, and is expected to graduate in May 2026.
