Anna Wallman joined the Volcker Alliance in May 2021 and works as a program manager for the Alliance’s Government-to-University initiatives.

Prior to the Volcker Alliance, Anna worked in education with City Year Philadelphia, City Year New York, and the New-York Historical Society. Previously, as a research assistant at UPenn's Center for High Impact Philanthropy, she provided research support on state and local policy issues. While in graduate school, Anna worked as a consulting fellow at Cause Effective, where she partnered with senior consultants in their work with nonprofits around New York City. She holds a bachelor of arts from Bates College, where she graduated cum laude with honors in history, and a master of public administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
